HOUSE GROUPS
The 'share and care' house groups meet fortnightly to consider Christian themes. Time to laugh, chat, care and share. Everyone welcome. There are various meetings on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
PRAYER MEETINGS

Sunday
There is a short prayer gathering each Sunday morning in the church lounge from 9.30am. Sorry...No children please.
Monday
There is a general prayer meeting in church fortnightly on a Monday in Church at 7.30pm.
Overseas Missionary Prayer Meeting
The Oversees Missionary Fellowship International Prayer Meeting meets every second Thursday in the month at 2.30pm.
Tear Fund
Tear Fund is a Christian relief and development agency working with churches worldwide to eradicate poverty. Come and support this work in prayer with the Bury and Rossendale prayer and support group, once a month on a Monday evening between 7.30pm and 9.00pm.

PRE-SCHOOL PLAYGROUP
For children from the age of 2 years 6 months to 4+ years. Monday to Friday during term time. A warm friendly atmosphere. Qualified and experienced staff provide the best possible care. Children learn through play working towards early learning goals. OFSTED approved. 9.15am - 12 noon every weekday. |
SEE AND KNOW
Parents, carers and toddlers group meet on Monday and Tuesday mornings during term time. There is a warm friendly atmosphere. With songs, stories, crafts and time to play. Juice, tea, coffee and cake! 9am - 11.30am on Mondays and Tuesdays.

For all children and young people. To have fun with your friends and find out new things. GAMES. CRAFT. QUIZZES. MUSIC. BIBLE STORIES.

If you have children between 5 and 11, we run a hugely popular summer holiday club each August. Four fun-filled and action packed mornings at the end of a long summer holiday.

WALKING CLUB
Walkers
Do you enjoy being out of doors? Join us for our monthly walk. Always on the 4th Thursday in a month starting at 10.30am - all welcome. Walks are usually about 6 miles.

The walking group for amblers who prefer a shorter walk meet on the second Thursday of each month starting at 10.30am.
THE OPEN DOOR COFFEE MORNING
Friendly mid-week meeting for coffee and chat. Ends with a short and informal time of worship. Everyone welcome. Every Thursday morning in the church lounge. 10.30am - 12noon.
FRIENDSHIP LUNCHEON CLUB
Delightful sit down two course meal for just £3. Freshly cooked by our very own chefs. Do come. A warm welcome awaits you. Monthly on Wednesdays in the church lounge.
THE GOOD NEWS PUPPET THEATRE
Spreading the good news of Jesus to people of all ages in a fun way. Visiting churches, kids clubs, toddler groups and uniformed organisations in the Bury area. Rehearsals on Wednesdays at 6.30pm - 8pm weekly during term time. New volunteers always welcome. No experience necessary. Anyone from aged 11+ to retired people are welcome.
CHRISTIAN CIRCLE DANCING GROUP
Circle dancing is an excellent way of keeping fit, excersing both mind and body with like-minded people. From the earliest times people have used song and dance in their religious celebrations. All dances are taught and walked through first. The music is delightfully varied, coming from many different cultures. The dances can be fun, joyful, simple, energetic or meditative.
The group meets monthly, usually on a Monday afternoon at various times. |
